Two unmanned aerial vehicles that entered Latvian airspace from russia have crashed in Latvian territory. Units of the National Armed Forces, the State Police, and the State Fire and Rescue Service are currently operating at the scene.

As russia’s aggression against Ukraine continues, similar incidents involving foreign unmanned aerial vehicles entering or approaching Latvian airspace may recur.
